Very decent value for money hosting with an amazing support team. Very quick to respond and approachable. There is one minor niggle, but not enough to move it to a 4* rating. I feel like the out the box migration process could have been a little bit smoother. That said, it caused no real issues as the tech support very promptly explained what i needed to do and then just did it for me! Top company. I switched over to Krystal from one dot com hosting as I was very disappointed with the speed. Krystal has been brilliant for my Wordpress powered site. For a shared hosting solution, I know I’m not going to get the ultimate speed benefit from dedicated but Krystal do their best to make sure speed is as quick as possible for their shared solutions. For me there was a big difference in speed between Krystal and one dot com (shared) Customer support is fantastic too. I have used their technical support via chat a few times, from moving domains to changing php settings on the server. All no problem thanks to the dedicated help. I highly recommend Krystal. They are not as cheap as lot of providers but I firmly believe you get what you pay for
