For years the large majority of web hosting review websites have been fake lists, ranked in order of how much the website owner will earn in commission per referral.

As someone who has worked in the industry for over 15 years, I’ve see these websites come and go, all following the same basic model of conning visitors in to buying hosting from companies they think are well reviewed or ranked “#1”.

This isn’t just another web hosting review site. We have taken the ratings from the leading and most credible review sites to create a score you can trust. 

Each web host we review is given two scores.

1. HostScore: We take other review and comparison sites’ scores, ratings and rankings to create a unified score. This is the hosts’ industry average score, allowing you to benchmark and compare quickly and easily. Read more about HostScore.
2. User reviews: Our own users (including yourself) are invited to leave a review directly on our website.

Honest reviews

I have created this website to provide you with honest information about which web hosts you should choose, based on real reviews from the people who have used them. All user reviews are manually vetted before they are approved.

How does this website make money?

If you click on a link to a web host from this website I will be paid commission if you go on to buy something. This does not affect how each website is ranked or reviewed. In fact some of the highest paying web hosts have got some pretty poor scores on this website.
